With this type of service, you get the full benefit of a trainer in-person to help fix muscle imbalances, correct form and posture and give you the motivation you need. Everyone is different, each session is specifically tailored to your goals.

Sometimes it can be hard to push yourself that extra mile, and that's where I come in. You receive a customized workout plan with in-person training to help stay on track towards your goals.

Online Personal Coaching

If you are looking for accountability but do not live local to Hudson, MA, there is a solution!

With online coaching I provide a personalized workout plan specific to your goals, go through and adjust your overall nutrition goals and also provide weekly check-ins to ensure you are staying on the right track towards your goals.

Backyard Bootcamp

Not sure if you are ready for in-person training or online coaching, but still want a good workout?

In this group workout class, all fitness levels are welcome. With a combination of endurance, strength and cardio, this workout is sure to leave you sweating. Class runs weekly starting this fall on Saturday mornings. Sign up now to reserve your spot!

Muscle Recovery Sessions

If you have the work out part handled, how about taking time to give your body the recovery it needs after a good workout?

Soak in a nice cold ice bath, take some time in the infrared sauna, or trying muscle cupping to relieve muscle tension and aches after a good workout. This session encompasses all needs regarding post-workout full body recovery.
